Thought I Purchased a new QLED TV from here but I received a used one instead. Not only had the box been removed, put on backwards, and then taped up with packing tape, but the remote had the batteries installed already and was all scratched. Once I set the TV up, it was searching for a previous WiFi and smart phone connection! Plus, the plastic accessory bag, that holds all the set up equipment was torn open with many of the pieces loose inside the box and the screws to secure the legs were missing all together. There is also a small piece of the frame missing next the hole where the leg is inserted, presumably damaged from the tip of the leg when the TV was set up before I received it.Although I have tried to contact the management to discuss my concerns via phone and email, I have never been able to do so. I keep getting excuses such as they are unloading freight or out of town for a couple of days. I was even told that the reason the TV had been set up before was because they noticed the box was damaged before sending it to me so set it up to be sure it worked....rather than send one of the other 4 TVs of the same model they had in stock. Hard to believe since the box does not appear to be damaged....It's been three weeks since I received the TV, which is a great TV, the low rating is for the deception and dishonesty of the staff.
